S&P Enterprises, Inc. values your trust. This notice explains what the S&P Dealer Survey collects and how the information is used.
What we collect
Your survey answers: your role, business or dealership name, branch, location, years in operation, partnership length, ratings, market and product information, buying and ordering preferences, and written comments. If you agree to be contacted or ask for a copy of your answers, we also collect your name, mobile number, and email address. We record a basic device type and browser identifier to help us keep the survey working well.
Why we collect it
We review responses to improve our products, services, dealer support, and overall partnership with dealers. If you ask to be contacted, we use your details only to follow up on your feedback.
This survey is not anonymous
Your business name is required, and answers that include business or contact details may identify you. Contact details are optional and are requested only if you agree to be contacted about your feedback or want a copy of your answers.
Who can see your response
Individual responses are visible only to authorized S&P staff. Other dealers and customers can never view your responses, and responses cannot be edited or deleted from the public site.
Retention and contact
Feedback is retained for as long as needed for service-improvement analysis and then archived or removed.
